Sanctuary House's Hillcrest House program in Greensboro is seeking compassionate individuals for Direct Care Residential Staff – Full Time. You will support adults living with serious mental illness in a safe, structured home environment and work as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements include a valid NC driver's license, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role offers stable evening shifts and opportunities for growth within the organization.

At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Open Positions:

• Direct Care Residential Staff – FULL TIME

Schedule

• 2nd Shift Weekdays (4 weekdays: 3 pm – 10 pm)
• Every Other Saturday (1st or 2nd Shift Available)
• Every other Sunday (1st or 2nd Shift Available)

What We're Looking For:

• A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working in a group home setting.
