Job summary

Hillcrest House in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Direct Care Residential Staff member for part-time 2nd shift (Weekdays plus every other weekend). You will support adults with serious mental illness in a residential setting, providing compassionate care, supervision, and daily living assistance.

The role requires availability for overnight shifts during the week, a valid NC driver’s license with a clean record, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Open Positions:

• Direct Care Residential Staff – PART TIME - 2nd Shift Weekdays + Every Other Weekend

Schedule:

• Every Other Saturday (3 pm – 10 pm)


• Every other Sunday (8 am – 3 pm)


• Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Fridays (3 pm – 10 pm)

What We Looking For:

• Availability: Must be available to work overnight during the week


• A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).


• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working in a group home setting.
