Job summary

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston in Lowell, MA, is seeking per diem Direct Care residential staff for Brigid’s Crossing Family Services to support adolescents.

You will assist, oversee and instruct residents in parenting skills and daily living, maintain confidentiality, and foster a supportive, mentoring environment; bilingual Spanish/Khmer preferred. Qualifications include associate degree with 3 years’ experience, CPR/First Aid, and de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with three years of youth program experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• De-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Bilingual, Spanish or Khmer preferred; driving license required.
