Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Entry Level Youth Counselor in Independence, IA to guide and support male youths aged 12-17, offering structure, encouragement, and accountability. You’ll help students develop life skills and form meaningful relationships in a nonprofit setting.

You don’t need all answers, but you must show up with care, consistency, and a willingness to make a positive impact on each lifecycle moment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities are required.
