Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive home setting.

You will develop individualized care plans, assist with daily living, manage medications, and work with a team to support residents' independence.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass clearances; training on medications will be completed within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required screenings.
• Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire

Position Purpose

Minimum Qualifications
