Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CA Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish room and equipment to receive dirty dishes and utensils.
• Wash all dishes, pots and pans.
• Restock dining room with plates, glasses, cups and silverware; beverages and utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish room and dining areas throughout shift.
• Assist culinary staff in the kitchen as needed and set up/clean food stations.
• May assist with serving and plating food for guests.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and policies.
