Job summary

InSite Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Real Estate Construction Development Manager to lead high-density residential projects from planning through completion. The role requires 5–7+ years of development or PM experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or professional certifications (PM, CCIM, CPM, RPA) are advantageous.
• 5–7+ years of experience in construction real estate development or project management, managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software; analytical thinking; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Design & Construction Management: Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality design and construction standards.
• Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and perform financial analysis.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with zoning laws, environmental regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with investors, government officials, community representatives, and property management teams to maintain strong relationships and facilitate approvals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during development.
