Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to join our Greater Cincinnati/Dayton team. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present replacement window and door solutions, guiding homeowners to a same-day decision. The role emphasizes closing a sale rather than cold calling or project management.

Ranked for strong commission potential and comprehensive training, you will be supported by a well-known brand and a structured sales process designed for success.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects.
• This role is a strong sales closing position with no cold calling or project management.
