Job summary

Spacial in Palo Alto is seeking an Architectural Designer with advanced Revit skills to join our design team. You will manage design and construction drawings and contribute to permit submittals for local jurisdictions on a portfolio of high-end residential projects.

With 150+ active projects on the San Francisco Peninsula, you will collaborate with project managers and senior architects from concept to permit, growing your career in a fast-paced, team-focused studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for construction documents.
• 3+ years of professional architectural office experience.
• Knowledge of California zoning, codes, and permitting processes.
• Strong drawing, detailing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce design and construction drawings in Revit for residential and light commercial projects.
• Collaborate on concept design, schematic design, DD, and construction documentation.
• Prepare complete permit submittal packages meeting local requirements.
• Research zoning codes, planning regulations, and permitting procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants and city planning/departments to secure approvals.
• Assist in client presentations, renderings, and project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and workflows.
