Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional architectural experience with residential design.
• Licensed or pursuing licensure preferred.
• Strong design instincts with ability to translate concepts into solutions.
• Proactive multitasking across concurrent projects with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Contribute original design ideas across all phases of residential projects.
• Support production of design, construction, and documentation per firm standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for documentation.
• Research and detail materials aligning with design intent and codes.
• Develop schematic designs to meet project program and criteria.
• Prepare presentation materials to communicate design ideas.
