Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program.
• 6–8 years of professional architectural experience with strong residential design.
• Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
• Strong design instincts with a design-forward mindset and curiosity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute original design ideas and problem-solve throughout all phases of residential projects.
• Support the production of design, construction, and construction administration documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to produce detailed documentation.
• Research, select, and detail materials that align with design intent and codes.
• Develop schematic designs that demonstrate solutions to project program and criteria.
• Prepare presentation materials to clearly communicate design ideas.
• Manage multiple tasks across concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
