DAHLIN Architecture is seeking a licensed Architect / Project Manager to join the Commercial team in Pleasanton, CA. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days onsite weekly at our Pleasanton office and offers opportunities to lead design, planning, and construction administration efforts for commercial projects.

You will bring CA licensure, 5+ years of related experience including at least 2 years in project management, and strong knowledge of US codes.

Formación

• Licensed & registered Architect in the state of CA is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including a minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture required.
• Recent experience working on architectural projects within the United States.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
• Experience coordinating with U.S.-based clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Commitment to their own professional growth.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsabilidades

• Independently perform a wide range of architectural design assignments for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Conduct design, planning, and occupancy analyses and develop design layouts.
• Prepare project specifications by compiling, coordinating and analyzing data.
• Provide architectural services from Schematic Design through construction administration and permit submittal.
• Direct, coordinate and oversee the production of design, construction documents and construction administration.
• Monitor project budgets and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff, including redlining and review of others’ work.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and outside consultants.
