Job summary

Restoration 1 of Oak Harbor is seeking a hardworking Residential Demolition Laborer to join our Oak Harbor, WA team. This hands-on role involves demolition of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and damaged materials, with opportunities to assist in water, fire, and mold remediation projects.

You will operate hand and power tools, help load debris, and maintain a clean, safe job site while following supervisor instructions and safety protocols. A strong team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in demolition, construction, or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (mold, debris, confined spaces)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Willingness to learn and obtain relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, mold remediation) a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform interior demolition tasks including removal of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and damaged structural materials
• Assist with water, fire, and mold remediation demolition projects in residential settings
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment
• Load and haul debris for proper disposal and maintain a clean, safe job site
• Follow project supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Assist crew members with general labor tasks as needed throughout the restoration process
