Hope For Youth is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Counselors / Direct Care Staff. Our residential services programs aims to build resiliency in the youth we serve across various locations in Suffolk County. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shifts. Include your availability when applying.

Background Screening: All positions are subject to background screening as required by law or contract, including but not limited to Staff Exclusion List (SEL), State Central Child Abuse Registry (SCR), DMV record review, criminal records screening, and reference checks.
Bonus Details: The sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: half upon hire after the first two paychecks, and half after six months following a performance evaluation.
