Job summary

Valley Hope is seeking a Residential Counselor/ Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT-C) in Parker, CO to join our addiction treatment team. The position offers daytime hours with a mission-driven culture focused on compassionate care.

Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting patients and families through recovery. A master's in counseling or social work plus licensure progress is required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling or social work and working towards licensure as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT-C.
• 1 year of behavioral healthcare counseling or case management experience.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group counseling and educational lectures to patients and family members.
• Develops, revises, and implements treatment plans to support recovery.
• Performs assessments and prepares bio-psycho-social summaries.
• Collaborates on a multidisciplinary treatment team to implement plans.
• Establishes follow-up care and coordinates referrals for services as needed.
