Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain CDCR clearance and LEIE/MSIL/EPLS checks.
• Valid driver’s license and Fresno County credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility security through continuous grounds monitoring.
• Provide general client supervision and milieu management.
• Handle documentation and client files accurately.
• Ensure scheduled activities occur on time.
• Prepare client activity and program reports.
• Conduct medication calls per policy and ensure residents follow rules.
• De-escalate situations and maintain a clean, orderly facility.
• Perform other duties linked to WestCare Foundation mission.
