Qualifications

• 1 year of patient care or related experience preferred (psychiatric setting preferred).
• Driver's license from MA/CT/NH/NY/RI/VT required; ability to meet hospital driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the current treatment plan and supervision of nursing leadership.
• Supervise community activities and support residents in daily routines.
• Maintain documentation and shift notes in a timely, concise manner.
• Participate in rounds, case conferences, and team meetings; communicate observations to medical staff.
