Now Hiring: Residential Counselors

We are actively seeking Residential Counselors to provide support, supervision, and care to individuals in community-based residential programs. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful impact.

Shift Openings

Norristown:

  • 1st Shift – Sunday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (3 openings)
  • 2nd Shift – Sunday through Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 2nd Shift – Friday through Monday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (2 openings)
  • 3rd Shift – Friday through Monday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Philadelphia:

  • 1st Shift – Friday through Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – Sunday through Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – Tuesday through Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – Wednesday through Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – Friday through Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to individuals in residential programs
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care (as needed)
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Document client activity and progress
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED – Required
  • Valid driver's license – Required
  • Ability to pass background checks and clearances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Prior experience in human services or residential care is a plus but not required – we provide training!
