NFI North seeks an Overnight Residential Counselor to support a Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–20. You will manage overnight shift operations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment and providing crisis intervention, advocacy and thorough documentation.

Overnight Residential Counselors are responsible for overnight shift operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation.

Qualifications include directly related employment experience, associate's or bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent and/or additional experience working with youth. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals.
