DDRC in Lakewood, CO is seeking a full-time Residential Counselor (Overnight) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential program. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living, monitor safety, and foster independence through activities and skill-building.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, crisis de-escalation when needed, and accurate documentation.

Become a full-time Residential Counselor (Overnight) with the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) in the Lakewood, CO area and help empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live full, independent, and joyful lives. This onsite role is hands-on, deeply rewarding, and perfect for someone who enjoys building genuine connections and supporting others in a values-driven environment rooted in Dedication, Dignity, Respect, and Choice.

Schedule:

Friday - 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Saturday - 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Sunday- 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Compensation: $20.50 per hour
