Job summary

NFI North is seeking a dedicated professional to mentor and support adolescents within our mental health and behavioral services programs. The role focuses on building positive relationships, guiding youth to realize their potential, and engaging them in sports, activities, and life skills as a role model and coach.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, maintaining professional boundaries and bringing energy and creativity to day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in Human Services or related field; prior experience working with adolescents preferred.
• Preferred: Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, healthy relationships with participants and motivate youth to recognize their potential.
• Engage youth in sports, activities and life skills as a role model, mentor and coach.
