Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; degree in progress acceptable.
• Associate’s degree or 60 credits with at least 3 years mental health experience.
• High school diploma with at least 5 years of documented mental health experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist with ongoing case management tasks, including coordinating appointments and discharge planning.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Support clients in daily living skills, self-care, and household responsibilities.
• Document all client interactions accurately and timely in accordance with standards.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups under supervision.
• Assist with crisis de-escalation and risk assessment under supervision.
• Maintain structure and safety within daily milieu and program guidelines.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and uphold confidentiality.
