BAMSI, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Residential Counselor MAP to support adults in group living settings. You will implement treatment plans, teach daily living skills, and supervise medications under clinician guidance. A MAP certification is required or obtainable within 3 months.

Formación

• MAP certification required or willing to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong communication skills in English and basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE).
• Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
• Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
• Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.
