Job summary

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) in Shirley, MA, is hiring Residential Counselors to support individuals we serve. This full-time, 30-hours/week non-exempt role offers an opportunity to grow in a compassionate environment with benefits eligibility and a starting wage of $19 per hour.

You will supervise and transport clients, help develop skills through their Individual Service Plan, model positive behavior, and complete medication documentation on a timely basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications and a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours (appointments, interviews, activities).
• Support and teach clients new skills per their Individual Service Plan.
• Model positive behavior to promote life quality while ensuring safety.
• Administer medications and document progress notes and attendance.
