Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications within the time set by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; may include interviews, medical appointments, recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills aligned with Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to promote quality of life while ensuring safety.
• Administering medications and completing documentation such as progress notes and attendance.
