Job summary

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is seeking compassionate Residential Counselors to join our growing team in Carver, MA. This part-time, non-exempt role offers valuable training to start and advance your career while supporting individuals served by CRJ.

The position is part-time (40 hours/week) with benefits eligibility and a starting wage of $18 per hour. Schedule includes First/Second shifts, with duties ranging from supervising transport to coaching clients on personal goals and life

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
Must pass required certifications within the agency’s timeframe.
Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
Support and teach clients new skills including goals in the Individual Service Plan.
Act as a positive role model to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining safety.
Administer medications and complete documentation such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
