Cornerstones of Maine is a small residential treatment program designed to assist young adults (ages 18 to 28) in their journey to adulthood. We address the current need for therapeutic services for young adults who have significant potential but are struggling with mental health issues that are obstacles to their ability to live independently.
This is a diversity inclusive program and is committed to enriching the therapeutic experience it offers through the diversity of our staff members. We seek to recruit and support a broadly diverse team who will contribute to the program's diversity of viewpoints. We encourage applications from individuals from underrepresented groups, including people of color, staff with diverse gender identities, and individuals who have followed non-traditional pathways to the mental health field due to exceptional talent and motivation in the face of adversity, such as societal, economic, or academic disadvantages.
Working at Cornerstones means participating in a project whose mission is to help young adults who are lost and on a dangerous road to a lifetime of struggle. You will be working with a team that is wholeheartedly committed to helping these young people make a transformational change in their lives. You will be surrounded by a team that is as committed as you to doing everything they can to help these struggling young people.
