Job summary

Mirror Inc. in Shawnee, KS seeks a Counselor to deliver individual and group counseling in residential and outpatient settings. You will develop curricula and treatment plans, maintain records, and coordinate with referral sources to support client progress.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree in a related field, a KS licensure as a therapist or addictions counselor (Masters preferred), and experience with telehealth and HIPAA compliance. On-call rotation and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology or closely related field required; Master's preferred.
• Masters-level licensure to provide psychotherapy or licensed Addictions Counselor in KS required.
• SB 123 services certification desirable.
• Excellent communication and written skills; strong teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide group/individual/family counseling in residential and outpatient settings.
• Develop curricula and treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain treatment records and discharge summaries in the electronic record.
• Coordinate with referral sources and communicate client progress as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and on-call rotation.
• Assist in telehealth services while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
