Job summary

NFI North in New Hampshire is looking for a supervisor to oversee the daily activities of participants in our mental health services program, providing ongoing support, guidance, and positive role modeling within a structured community setting.

The role emphasizes promoting personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring support, and progress toward independence, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, empowering workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
