Job summary

Chamberlain International School in Middleboro, MA is seeking a Residential House Parent to provide direct care for adolescents in a therapeutic setting. You will support daily living activities, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration, while implementing individualized care and behavior plans.

The role involves lifting and assisting residents, fostering a safe environment, and engaging residents in activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in a residential setting: 1 year (Required)
• Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges
• Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, All Weekend Shifts with$2.00 shift differential pay

Expected Hours

32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift

Shift Availability

1st shift (weekends only), 2nd & 3rd shifts. Shift availability: Night Shift (Required), Day Shift (Preferred). Weekend Shifts Required. All Weekend Shifts ($2.00 shift differential pay)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, Weekends
