Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking compassionate Residential Mental Health Counselors to support adults in mental health recovery in a residential setting in Hadley, MA. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based support.

Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with a $2/hour differential for MAP certification. ServiceNet offers health and dental insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid orientation and training, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least 6 months with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Physical ability to perform job duties and ensure resident safety.
• Basic computer and office skills.
• Successful completion of background check (CORI)
