Job description

To coordinate and supervise all daily activities of the residents. To actively support, facilitate, and supervise residents in residential programs and services on and off campus, e.g., monitoring morning routines and ADL, transporting residents to medical appointments, supervising breakfast and lunch times, and responding to individual needs.

Qualifications - External

• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Ability to care for children.
• Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Register, Driver license, and fingerprinting as required by the program.
• Compliance with health regulations for physical/mantoux testing.
• This position requires successful completion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training, including a written test and demonstration of physical restraint skills, as specified by the program and regulatory body. Staff must complete all required TCI refreshers to maintain employment.
