The Glenholme School, part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, seeks a Residential Coordinator Supervisor in Washington, CT. You will lead the second shift, superviseDirect Care Professionals, and ensure safe, therapeutic care for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Human Services field working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Direct Care Professionals on the second shift.
• Promote campus safety and supervise student behavior on campus.
• Lead the shift, coordinate scheduling and communicate with the team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and documentation of performance.
