Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability in Medford seeks a Full Time Residential Cook/Housekeeper to support residents in a group home, combining cooking and housekeeping duties in a supportive, team-based environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to follow dietary restrictions, with TB test required.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with some flexibility and a strong commitment to person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and regular cleaning of program spaces.
• Plan meals and conduct food shopping.
• Prepare meals for residents with varying diet restrictions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations.
• Work as part of a tight-knit team within the circle of support.
• Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
