Job summary

Eventus Legal in Durham, launching a new office for a CQS-accredited firm, seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload including sales, purchases, lettings and remortgages, with hybrid options.

You will join ahead of opening, build relationships with lenders and local property professionals, and benefit from 25 days' holiday, a performance bonus, wellbeing support and ongoing training. Hours 9am-5pm with flexible four-day options.

Qualifications

• Independent management of a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions and related matters.
• Experience with Land Registry services and lender portals.
• Excellent organisation, communication and client care.
• Personable, relationship-led approach with local contacts.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, Buy-to-Let, leasehold matters and remortgages.
• Providing proactive communication and professional client care throughout each transaction.
• Using Land Registry and lender portals to progress matters efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and file management.
• Developing relationships with lenders and property professionals in Durham.
