Job summary

Lycoming-Clinton Counties Commission for Community Action (STEP), Inc. is seeking a worker involved in residential construction across new and rehabilitation projects.

You will operate with a crew or alongside Construction Supervisors, handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience or technical training in construction sufficient to demonstrate understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across a broad range of new and rehabilitation construction projects.
• Work with an assigned crew and Construction Supervisors on projects.
• Follow safety protocols and use required safety equipment.
