• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate daily logs in company software

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Residential Construction Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Install fencing, gutters, blinds, and perform home repairs and renovations
• Complete pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and property upkeep
• Handle jobsite cleanup, organization, and material transport
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Keep warehouse, shop, trucks, and trailers clean and organized
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate daily logs in company software

What You Bring

Required:

• Valid driver's license with 5-year clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate vehicles, tools, and construction equipment

Preferred:

• 1+ year of construction experience
• Experience with fencing, gutters, home renovations, or property maintenance
