All Weather Contractors is seeking a construction laborer to support multi-family renovation projects in Jacksonville, FL. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and a clear path to a long-term career in general construction and property maintenance.

You will work with carpenters and tradespeople in a team environment, learning new skills while contributing to project progress and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and building repair projects.

• Prepare work areas and protect surfaces; remove debris for site safety.
• Support basic construction tasks, including measuring and using tools under supervision.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $18 to $24 per hour, plus opportunities for prevailing wage projects as well as ESOP.

You will serve as an essential team member supporting skilled carpenters, maintenance technicians, and tradespeople across dynamic multi-family renovation projects. How You Will Make An Impact
