Job summary

You will manage 30+ subcontractors, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners through clear communication and walkthroughs.

Collaborate with Sales, Warranty, and Office teams to provide a seamless building and closing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential production building is required.
• Strong communication with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Proficient with job costing, payroll, and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from ground breaking to completion with focus on quality, on-time delivery and cost control.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners via meetings and walkthroughs.
• Schedule and manage 30+ subcontractors; ensure safety and craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warranty, and Office teams to deliver seamless buildings and closings.
