Job summary

David Weekley Homes in Tampa is seeking a Builder to oversee the residential construction process from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Warranty and Office teams, build strong homeowner relationships, and maintain a safe, organized job site while monitoring costs and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential construction field management.
• Proven ability to supervise trade partners while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee home construction from start to finish to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build relationships with homeowners through meetings and walkthroughs for satisfaction.
• Schedule and manage 30+ subcontractors and coordinate with trades and office teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site per standards.
• Monitor budgets and prepare regular progress reports.
