The company specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, outdoor living spaces, and whole-home remodeling, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a well-managed client experience.

True North Construction is looking for a hands-on Residential Construction Superintendent to help manage residential remodeling projects while also being willing and able to self-perform carpentry and field work when needed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong carpentry background, solid leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving forward. The right person will be comfortable managing job sites, solving problems in the field, and helping deliver high-quality work that reflects the company's standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day residential remodeling job site activity

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 employee position
• Pay: $30-$35 per hour, based on experience
