• Physical Requirements: ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Soft Skills: strong problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Other: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; own tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Construction Tasks: Execute skilled work such as framing, drywall installation, concrete pouring, masonry, roofing, or finish carpentry.
• Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools.
• Installation: Install structural components, windows, doors, siding, or flooring with precision.
• Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, concrete, or drywall with precision.
• Repairs: Perform maintenance or corrective work on existing structures, such as fixing beams or replacing damaged materials.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members to coordinate project phases.
• Site Maintenance: Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and organization to maintain a safe work environment.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction related issues.
