Job summary

Quality Plumbing is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems throughout Seattle and surrounding north-end communities. This full-time, on-site/field-based role comes with a company vehicle and a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

Pay is $45–$55 per hour, based on experience, with a discretionary quarterly bonus and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington plumbing certification required (PL01/PL02 preferred).
• Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work safely and independently.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Must report to Seattle by 7:00 AM and travel to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential homes.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to service calls.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and propose solutions.
• Complete high-quality work in line with company standards.
• Use ServiceTitan to track jobs and document work.

Quality Plumbing is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair existing plumbing systems in residential homes throughout Seattle and the surrounding north-end communities. This is a service-focused position, not a sales role. You will be provided with a company vehicle, dispatched independently, and trusted to deliver honest recommendations and high-quality workmanship. There are no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid Washington plumbing certification required. PL01 or PL02 certification preferred
• Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred
• Candidates with strong skills and the right mindset are encouraged to apply, even if they have less than five years of experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
