AR: Construct - Roof - Restore is seeking an energetic Residential Construction Sales Representative to guide homeowners from consultation to contract signing for custom builds, renovations, and remodeling projects in the San Antonio area.

You will generate and qualify leads, conduct on-site consultations, collaborate with project managers to prepare proposals, present and close bids, and maintain relationships for future referrals, with uncapped earning through commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in residential construction, remodeling, or building materials preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic estimating tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, project scope, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to prepare accurate proposals and bids.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and close contracts with homeowners.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the construction process to ensure high satisfaction and secure future referrals.
