Job Description

- Plan and schedule installations and services of our products
- Order and Track products for home improvement jobs
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up appointments, preparing job packs, invoices, and other various paperwork
- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- Organizing and storing project reports and documents
- Develop and implement an organized filing system
- Answer and make phone calls
- Tracking and logging all data pertaining to each specific job in our Salesforce CRM
- Communicate with installers and service tech’s, designers (Measure Tech’s), customers, and vendors.
- Handle customer questions, issues and complaints with accuracy, kindness, compassion and professionally
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
- Analyzing data as required

- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
