Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee residential home construction across sites, ensuring plans, specs and quality standards meet schedule and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules with subcontractors, maintaining safety, inspections, and budget adherence.

The role requires 2–4 years in construction PM or superintendent roles, a high school diploma or GED, and strong teamwork, communication, and blueprint-reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple home sites with 15-30 homes under construction.
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedules to subcontractors.
• Obtain all governmental and local inspections.
• Provide training to Superintendents to foster career advancement.
• Develop accurate settlement reporting and review site area figures.
• Ensure subcontractor work quality and budget compliance.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners.
• Engage with Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Ensure Superintendents attend weekly production meetings.
• Conduct 90-day and annual reviews of Superintendents.
