Job summary

DRB Homes in Tampa seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to lead the delivery of residential homes built to plans and specs, on time and within budget, while upholding customer satisfaction.

The role oversees 15–30 homes, coordinates subcontractors, ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and trains site staff. A HS diploma and 2–4 years in construction management are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in construction PM or superintendent
• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience supervising or assisting new home construction projects preferred
• Ability to read blueprints specifications and development plans
• Valid driver’s license required
• Commitment to customer service and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Manages construction across multiple home sites with 15–30 homes under construction
• Maintain job site and model home safety and cleanliness
• Develop and communicate home construction schedule to subcontractors
• Obtain all governmental and local inspections
• Provide training to Superintendents to develop career advancement
• Develop accurate and timely settlement reporting
• Review and approve site area figures
• Ensure subcontractor work quality adheres to company policies
• Establish and maintain construction site budgets and ensure budget compliance
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners to review contract, options and schedule
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with Customer Service to resolve issues
• Ensure Superintendents attend weekly production meetings
• Conduct 90-day and annual reviews of Superintendents with Production Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages construction in multiple home construction sites with 15-30 homes under construction
• Maintain job site and model home safety and cleanliness

• Provide training to Superintendents to develop and foster career advancement
