Residential Construction
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
Prior residential construction/trade experience preferred.
Daily travel within local and regional areas. Reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s License and insurance required.
Managed construction of homes on your land within an assigned region, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality while delivering on schedule and within budget.

You can manage your time to meet multiple deadlines amid competing demands, use your knowledge of the building process to drive quality, safety, and timely delivery, and maintain professionalism, composure, and resilience in difficult situations.
