Managed construction of homes on your land within an assigned region, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality while delivering on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Manage each project according to schedule and oversee all construction activities for assigned homes, following Simplicity by Hayden Homes systems, processes, and standards.
• Safety: Ensure construction is conducted safely and that safety regulations are followed.
• Quality: Ensure each home meets quality standards and take corrective action when standards are not met.
• Budget: Manage all financial duties related to construction projects, keep projects on time and on budget, and negotiate with trade partners to secure the best price for value.
• Customer Communication/Management: Manage customer communication, educate clients on the build process, and handle customer responsibilities and the overall home building experience.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret building codes and construction documents, including I-Joist and truss engineering/layouts, blueprints, and lot gradings.

  • Ability to collaborate with suppliers, trade partners, customers, and internal team members to discuss and document requirements/changes, address concerns, and provide timely project status.

Compensation and Benefits
