Job summary

This role involves planning, scheduling, and budgeting for projects while ensuring compliance with contract provisions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a residential contractor's license, and experience working with the local community. Responsibilities also include supervising construction staff and facilitating project activities. This position requires extensive travel throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current residential contractor's license or attain one within 6 months of hiring.
• Thorough understanding of the culture and needs of the Tribes of the Yukon–Kuskokwim Delta region.
• 3-5 years of construction project management experience may substitute education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget, direct, and coordinate construction activities.
• Supervise construction superintendents and foremen.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
