Manuel Builders is seeking an Area Construction Manager to lead field teams, supervise Superintendents and trade partners, and drive production across our Houston markets. You will own budgets, schedules, and the customer experience, ensuring homes are built to spec on time and within cost.

This role emphasizes field leadership, quality, and proactive problem solving to raise the bar in residential construction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3-5 years construction or residential building experience, preferably new home construction.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs as part of field duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead Superintendents, trade partners, and production efforts across markets.
• Keep homes on budget by monitoring costs and negotiating pricing with partners.
• Drive schedules and milestones to ensure timely closings and deliveries.
• Inspect homes during construction and maintain strong customer communications.
• Coach and hold trade partners to company standards to ensure quality and accountability.
